1) General
The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to the IGIP 2009 Symposium. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon registering for the symposium and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before entering. All other products and services of CAMPUS 02 Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft GmbH (hereinafter referred to as CAMPUS 02) are subject to special terms and conditions which have to be expressly agreed. CAMPUS 02 will not accept any conditions contradictory to or deviant from our general terms and conditions and herewith contradicts these explicitly.
2) Service
The nature and scope of the IGIP 2009 Symposium are described on the website www.igip2009.com. CAMPUS 02 expressly reserves the right to replace announced speakers through qualified substitutes and/or to make changes in time schedules. Nevertheless, CAMPUS 02 will assure the nature and scope of the Symposium.
3) Registration
Registration to the IGIP 2009 Symposium must be done through the online registration system; registration is due on 9 September 2009. The registration shall not be legally binding until CAMPUS 02 has reconfirmed it.
4) Registration Fees and Payment Conditions
The registration fee includes VAT. Payment should be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) promptly or by banker’s transfer within 28 days, without there being any right to a discount.
5) Cancellation
The Other Party shall be entitled to cancel the registration in writing (post, fax, e-mail). In case of cancellation the registration fee will be fully refunded, unless the cancellation is made during the two weeks prior to the symposium. In such case 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations on or after 6 September 2009 there will be no refund and the full amount will remain due. The date of receipt shall be decisive. Delegates, who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee. The Other Party has the right to appoint a substitute at any time without additional cost.
6) Copyright
CAMPUS 02 shall remain the sole owner of all intellectual property rights with regards to the Symposium. No documents or other media, created by CAMPUS 02 before, during or after the Symposium, is allowed to be reproduced, modified, copied, distributed or used in communication to the public without permission. Documents or other media, used during the Symposium, which are subject to third party rights, shall remain subject to rights to the respective copyright or property right holder.
7) Liability
The contributors have been carefully selected and the Symposium has been carefully prepared. CAMPUS 02 cannot accept liability for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content, unless the damage is the direct consequence of an intentional act or gross negligence.
8) Disputes
All agreements between CAMPUS 02 and the Other Party and all disputes which may arise between the Parties shall be exclusively subject to Austrian Law and shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Graz, Austria for adjudication. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
9) Right of withdrawal
The Other Party has the right to revoke the registration within two weeks without giving any reason. The withdrawal has to be in writing and sent to:

The right of withdrawal expires early, when the IGIP 2009 Symposium has taken place and the Other Party has participated. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to participants who have already participated in the Symposium. Moreover, the right of withdrawal shall not apply if the Symposium has already taken place.
10) Privacy Policy
All personal data provided to CAMPUS 02 for registration will be treated as confidential. The data shall be used and stored for further processing, documentation purposes and marketing activities. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose. Data shall be delivered to assigned service providers, as deemed necessary for the successful performance of the symposium. CAMPUS 02 will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose(s) identified above.
