Registration fees before/after April 15^th, 2009

The fee includes the book of abstracts, the CD of the Proceedings, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, the dinner and the conference banquet as well as transport from the conference hotels to the conference venue.
Accompanying persons are invited to the welcome reception, opening ceremony, dinner and conference banquet.
